ClinchMan is a new Artist/Band from Austin, TX.
The debut album released in August, 2022 is called “Human Barcode”:
The album is a ‘thru-Composed’, ‘gapless’ album, one song dissolving-transitioning into the next telling a larger story in whole.
Human Barcode album features songs; “Jesus Blanket”, “This Starlight”, “In Stone Valley”, “Sister Opportunity”, “Hong Kong Girl”, “Oh Oh Death”, “Mouth On Fire”, + 6 more ambient & jam compositions give the audience the whole picture.
“This is music for astronomers, star lovers, introspective dancers, & thinkers, skate-surf punks, and aware individuals everywhere. Recording the album was a 2 year long process, and a few friends had said, “what an ambitious endeavor”.
My advice is to listen to the entire album the whole through, volume up-loud, fly high, and enjoy the trip.”

“This song was formed complete, inside my mind, before we began recording. The lyrics are my highest compliment(s) to the highest muse. ‘This Starlight’ is an homage to my favorite thing in life, and I bow down to its grace for all that it has given to me; the talents, inspiration, ambition to live, not to just survive, the passion to create, and the joy that it has given to me in my life; I owe in full, to this phenomena, this concept, this amazing pulsing wave of patterns that only exists momentarily…have you guessed it yet?”
“This song began with a bass line and some changes, and laid down as an idea for a horn line. That changed into the main chord changes, then adding all the instruments. I had some lyrics comparing nature, using dichotomy and juxtaposition in its verse, to modern advancements in technology, and I described this as a “2-sided coin”, a double edged sword, Yin-Yang, (good & bad). Now, with the advent of the legalization of marijuana, we are now able to legally partake in the natural evolution of the planet, yet we now have this “monkey for our back” called technology, be it for good and/or bad.”
